Mary Thompson is the founder of Trajectory Corporate Training and Consulting.

Mary’s passion is to help people unlock their potential and learn how to maximize their performance. Time and again, her sessions produce a domino effect where the knowledge gained to assist in one area positively impacts participants’ lives and relationships beyond the context of the initial training. Mary presents customized workshops with focus areas such as communication, leadership, teamwork, career exploration and more.

Mary is MBTI Certified (Myers-Briggs) and MMTIC Certified (Myers-Briggs for kids). She received her BBA in marketing from the University of Texas-El Paso, and began her career in IBM’s rich training and development culture. This excellent philosophy has shaped her approach to improving personal performance to this day.

Mary has developed training programs for paid staff and volunteers in both the corporate and nonprofit sectors. She has also helped restructure leadership teams and establish and direct internship programs for students and professionals.

In addition to consulting, Mary founded a successful business, has taught middle school and volunteered in various capacities within the community.

Mary is married to her longtime husband, partner and best friend, Brent, and together they have reared three successful grown children, with a fourth charging through her teens!
